Stories of hope from the streets
One morning on Franklin Avenue, our Random A.O.K. team served breakfast to more than 30 people who had slept outside the night before. We shared food, water, fruit, and breakfast burritos — but more importantly, we shared time, conversation, and care.
That morning reminded us why Random A.O.K. exists: to bring hope and kindness directly to the streets of Minneapolis. Every donation helps us reach more people like them — providing food, essentials, and soon, mobile showers and clean supply units that restore dignity and safety in our community.
Measuring our impact
Random A.O.K. measures the impact of donations through direct outreach metrics and community feedback. For example, we track the number of meals served, the quantity of hygiene and essential supplies distributed, and the neighborhoods reached. We also gather stories and testimonials from people we serve to capture the human side of our impact.
